WVEA’s Educator Forum Report Available
Our consultants have finalized their report from the WVEA sponsored Educator Forums. The forums were held throughout the state in November 2012 to discuss the recommendations from the Education and Efficiency Audit conducted by Public Works, LLC.
Thanks to those who attended the forum and contributed their input regarding the Audit. The report is set up as a 12-page PDF for downloading.

State Board's response to the Audit
The State BOE has responded to the Education Effeciency Audit with a 136 page report. You may access the report here. (It is a large PDF and may load slowly)

Based upon your comments and reactions during the forums, our facilitators are preparing a report. The report should be available by the first of the year. The report will be posted online when it is complete.

It’s our turn….
to respond to the Education Efficiency Audit!
Forums have been held for businesses and parents. The State Board is writing a response to the audit’s findings. Now it’s time for education employees to discuss the report’s findings.
Join us at the forum location nearest you for a discussion of the audit recommendations and your belief on what changes are needed to improve our public schools.
Your participation is needed in order for the forum facilitators to prepare an educator response to the audit to share with members of the WV Board of Education, the governor and the legislature.
All school employees are invited and urged to attend this important event
